Used furniture
Having a used section in our furniture store makes us unique. Not only can you buy used, you can trade in your old, or consign no longer needed items. Our used section changes constantly and we never know what will arrive next and encourage frequent visits to see what treasures are in store. Please see your options including what we take below if you are interested in us taking your used furniture.
Consignment
consignment is where we sell your furniture on your behalf and retain 50% of the sold price. We strongly recommend sending us pictures by email first before bringing your items by (email at traderjoesfurniture@gmail.com) and we will appraise for the starting selling price. any requests for pickup or traveling for appraisals must be prepaid and pictures reviewed first. approximately each month, all consigned items are reduced until sold. the sold amount is split 50%. see below for what we take:
Trade
trade value is 50% of the appraised starting sell price and can be used immediately. you can Keep as a store credit and the value does not change no matter how low the item(s) actually sell(s) for. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND SENDING US PICTURES BY EMAIL FIRST BEFORE BRINGING YOUR ITEMS BY (EMAIL AT TRADERJOESFURNITURE@GMAIL.COM) AND WE WILL APPRAISE FOR THE STARTING SELLING PRICE. ANY REQUESTS FOR PICKUP OR TRAVELING FOR APPRAISALS MUST BE PREPAID AND PICTURES REVIEWED FIRST. the final trade value will be established after receipt of your items. See below for what we take:
